How to use Nicotinell Gum: Chew 1 piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Most people use 8 - 12 pieces of nicotine gum per day. Do not use more than one nicotine gum per hour. This pack contains 204 pieces. You should not be using more than 24 pieces of gum per day of 2mg Gum.

Throwback to the start of covid, i decided that i needed to quit smoking for the hundredth time and after researching, i decided on these gums to assist me in the task. Trust me when i say, willpower alone was not enough to reach my goal. These gums were ESSENTIAL and did the heavy lifting! I would not have been able to quit if not for these gums. I love fruity flavours so these were perfect for me. I started out being heavily dependent on these gums and consumed more than i should have but gradually decreased the amount i had each day and was eventually able to get off it completely. Today, i am smoke and gum free and my health has improved tremendously.

Nicotine fruit gum
Wouldn’t recommend if you are trying to stop smoking, it does help you and makes u crave smoking a lot more. Prices aren’t affordable prices for this. The flavour just isn’t nice at all.

Still craved a lot
I didn’t find the gum very effective. I still craved nicotine. Flavour was nice but don’t last long. Not as effective as pouches or patches.

Best fruit flavour for Quitting
The fiut flavour is surprisingly perfectly. Being sugar-free is a huge plus for my teeth! The 2mg strenght is deal for my moderate carvings, and the massive 204- piece pack is great value.

Great flavour gum
Nicotinell Fruit Gum 2mg 204s is a great flavour gum, which helps control my cravings and bad habits, with no unpleasant taste or after taste. I would definitely recommend as this product has a long lasting flavour.

Although it helped me when craving to smoke it didn’t felt too nice when chewing especially that taste of spice. I was not impressed.

Nicotinell Fruit Gum 2mg 204s
I'd stopped smoking for a week previous to trying thus product and decided to try it to combat any urges I started to have during the 2nd week. Along with regular gum I used this product from between 4 - 6 pieces for the 1st 3 days then reduced to around 2 pieces per day for the next week or so until I wasn't really feeling that I needed any to help or even felt any urge to smoke a cigarette. The taste of the gum was ok for a product that helps reduce the urge of wanting to smoke when trying to quit for good. I'd say it did help slightly during the 2nd week but as always willpower is the main thing that you need.
