trying to find a decent multi vitamin to help me with the menopause too these are a great allrounder and are for over 50 so just qualify and are so easy to take and are not as big as some i have tried. they dont really taste of anything will buy again

Using them for years.
I have had these since an operation in 2016. They don’t have a horrible taste and are easy to swallow. My bloods remain good and I believe taking these have been a big contributing factor.

Great Multivitamin for the older person
I really like the contents of this multivitamin, it has everything that I need from such a supplement. I find that when taking these I have no need for any other other supplements. the only reason I wont give 5 stars is they are a little on the large side and I find them impossible to swallow without water

Love them
I have been using this range of vitamins for many years, but 50+ is fixed because I need a surplus of vitamins. I am an active person with a chaotic schedule and I work a lot and these vitamins are the ace up my sleeve.
