Nice taste
These are nice tasting hydration tablets. The lemon favour is nice and strong. I have given this 4 stars simply because I am not sure if they are any better, nutrition wise, than the non branded versions

Great taste
I use these tablets daily.They easily dissolve in water.They are pleasant to taste.I find after drinking them I feel really hydrated and ready for the day.I have increased energy too.
Effective hydration in the Florida sun!
I bought these for a trip to Florida, used them each morning before a trip into Disney world - I found them very effective and felt noticeably more hydrated than when I just drank plain water. They are convenient and portable and were handy for carrying around the parks and for travel. I found them most refreshing in cold ice water, the lemon flavour is light and it really set me up for a day in the Florida sun!

I can't really tell if these actually work or not. You have to deink them with water so naturally you will hydrate but they seem to make you need the toilet more and they have a bit of an odd taste.
Simple hydration
We first tried these after a bout of illness to help rehydrate and balance out the electrolytes. This is the most refreshing of the flavours, although it is quite sweet and a little artificial tasting. I've since bought to help support my husband when he's exercising. He doesn't like the lemon flavour. The 24 pack provides good value for money considering the benefits. Leaves you feeling hydrated.
Perfect to pop in my gym water bottle
I take these tablets to the gym with me and I’ve always placed one in my water bottle. I think when you’re doing exercise it’s really important to balance your electrolytes due to the amount you sweat and the extra sugars give me an post.
Good hydration
I like these electrolytes as they instantly give me an energy boost on days I am feeling groggy. The lemon flavour is nice with a sweet and salty taste. It is a small tube and is convenient to carry with you even in your handbag or pocket

Not so keen on flavour
These tablets do help with hydration and are easy to use, but I wasn’t a big fan of the lemon flavour as it can be quite strong. They’re fine for occasional use and get the job done, but I’ve tried other hydration tablets that taste better and feel more refreshing overall.
Good electrolytes
Good electrolytes but the taste isn’t the best. It does the job and doesn’t leave me too thirsty afterwards like some other brands.
