The taste is not amazing but not bad either, it’s fine as a rehydration drink. Helps after exercise and bad runny tummy incidents
Great
I use these for when I go to the gym or swimming and have nothing bad to say about them. They taste great! Although I do prefer the other flavour over the lemon.

Love these hydration tablets. Dissolve well and tastes great. Easy to drink. Repurchased this flavour over and over again. Use when feeling dehydrated, not been well and when needing a boost. Would recommend!
High price for what they are
I got dehydrated at work working in a kitchen and have various medical issues so decided to give these a go. They weren't bad for hydration. The taste not so great, not to my liking anyways. Due to the cost of them they wouldn't be a regular purchase, maybe if a little cheaper?

Love the flavour!!
Loved the flavour of this hydration tablet, I have tried a few previously but didn't like the flavour at all. I feel hydrated and energised after using this one. It's amazing how a little boost of electrolytes can make such a difference in my day. The taste is refreshing and not too overpowering, making it easy to sip on throughout my workout. Plus, it's convenient to carry around, so I can stay hydrated wherever I go. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and effective hydration solution!
It's hydrating
Perfect for short term use. I used it while fasting month. It helped me keep hydrated for most of the day when I wasn't eating or drinking. Also when I was sick it was a great pick me up
Tastes terrible
I bought this product to take on holiday in case of any emergencies, thankfully we didn’t need to use it- but since then I’ve tried to drink this and was really hard to drink- the taste is just too salty. I know this probably wasn’t created to taste nice, but I wasn’t able to keep drinking to see any effect.
Salty
I tried these after not feeling well to keep hydrated and found they are horrible. There's no flavour, and they have a weird consistency and you can taste the salt. Wouldn't buy again.
