I bought this mix as part of a Santa Maria Mexican bundle. We had a friend over who was happy to cook authentic Latin American food. He found medium too mild, for us it was fine. I do recommend you buy this seasoning part of a kit, as then you would not need to worry about tortillas either. Goes well with beef and cheese.

Didn't enjoy this at all. Left a very artificial and powdery taste when added to the enchiladas. Much prefer the Old El Paso seasoning

We have had these before, makes a tasty meal very quickly, very enjoyable, went down well with all the family, even the picky eaters.
