Easy to use however opening the oil pod was a bit difficult to open hair was left feeling smooth and was shiny and felt in better condition than before using the hair dye loved the multi tones that it gave

This product was simple to mix, apply and rinse out. It has left my pre lightened over processed hair a beautiful colour and in a much better condition than before I applied it

My package came in perfect order i done the 48hr test that day no issues now i have very dark hair and only wanted to lighten it to a light brown colour which has been impossible to do at home by myself but this dye was amazing it took no mre than 45 mins from start to finish and my hair is perfect i still can't believe it ..it actually works a must buy for blondes and any ither natural colour the conditioner is just luxury my hair felt amazing truly my one and only issue was the smell it was so strong infact it made my eye water most of the time but i have to say once rinsed and conditioned the smell was gone i will be definitely be buying again

Loved the color and did not damage my hair. Color has lasted beautifully while still maintaining the health of my hair. I am thrilled with this product! No harsh smell and the shine is still there over a month later. Definitely recommend this product.

Over all this wasn't very good. It didn't produce the results and didn't make a difference. The smell was horrible and the results were so so bad. I'm very disappointed

The texture of the formula was really easy and smooth to apply. Felt very gentle too on my scalp. Washing it out was such a pleasant experience and so easy to do. It almost felt like I was washing out shampoo. The additional conditioner was super special, instantly softening my hair. Before blow drying I noticed immediately that my hair was completely detangled and I could even run a comb through it with ease whilst wet. I was stunned and amazed at the beautiful and gorgeous blonde colour of my hair. I'm SO happy with it! The actual condition of my hair after blowdrying and styling is "salon" quality! It's so very soft, manageable and has a vibrant sheen and radiant shine to it. This is one of the very best box dyes I have ever tried and I'll now be purchasing it in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised how good this hair dye actually is for blondes, L'Oréal Preference permanent hair dye took all the brassy blondeness from my hair leaving it nourished and silky smooth.I did my root's first and for the last 15 min I combed the dye through to the ends.I was delighted with the results my colour looked professionally done my hair was glossy and my colour was from roots to tips a gorgeous pearl blonde.This is a quality permanent hair dye that leaves your hair with a salon like finish, you can do in your home.Making L'Oréal Preference great value for money.Im just sorry I haven't tried it earlier through lockdown as it would be the closest to a salon hair tint you can buy easily.I will definitely purchase this permanent hair dye again.I would give L'Oréal Preference hair dye 5*****star's well deserved.

Good quality product, lovely shine & conditioner good. Thought it would lighten hair more, very strong smell, gloves a bit small & as my hair is very thick, not enough liquid to do ends.

I found this product easy to use, but to achieve the shade on the box, you should have a very light blonde hair to begin with, I have found that it did dry my hair as it was previously coloured.

Very easy to apply and please with the outcome. Hair was super soft after. Would definitely recommend for blondes

I feel so bad that unfortunately I wasn’t able to test the product as I reacted to the patch test. A hairdresser friend said it could be since I had covid. She’s seen a lot of clients suddenly react that hadn’t before. Just shows how important patch tests are no matter how long you’ve used a product. I was very surprised.

Was very easy and pleasent to use with no chemical smells and strong vapours causing eyes to sting and water. The end colour result was a natural blonde with a luxiourious shine and great feel to the hair. The conditioner provided was very nourishing and smelt lovely
