Hard to use and I don’t like it, the brand might be good for some people but not everybody. I find it difficult to use and I don’t like the brand itself overall as I keep trying their products!

My mum bought this and ive used a few times and she is continously singing its praises. I found that it cleans both wood, carpeted and tiles floors throughly suction is great. Battery lasts adequate amount of time. Device is a little heavier than other brands but it is far superior than these the additional tools that come for cleaning corners etc are also great and fab quality. Great product cleans pet hair with ease.
