Cleans Well, Too Harsh
I was impressed that this cleanser removed all my makeup in one go--even stubborn eyebrow pomade and color, which any cleansers struggle with. It felt calming and soothing on contact, as it claims. Unfortunately, it was too harsh for my sensitive skin. After using it, my skin barrier felt stripped, and I had to take a break from makeup and focus on rebuilding my skin's natural barrier. For someone with less sensitive skin, it may work perfectly, but for me it was a no-go. Effective at makeup removal, but not gentle enough for delicate, barrier-compromised skin.

Aveeno Face Cleanser
Overall, I felt that Aveeno Face Cleanser was a good product to use twice a day without causing any irritation to my skin/face. I use it in the morning to wash off oil buildup over night and then again in the evenings to wash off make-up. It removed all my make-up with just one wash. However, my only disappointment was that it took at least two pumps to get enough of the gel to lather up to feel like my face was going to get clean enough. I do wish this product had a bit better lathering ability, though I would recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle face wash.
Gentle, Effective, and Rosacea-Friendly
I’m super picky when it comes to skincare because my skin reacts to everything thanks to my rosacea - but this cleanser has honestly been such a good find. It starts as a gel and turns into a light foam, which feels really gentle on my skin. It says it’s fragrance free, and while there is a very slight scent, it’s not perfume-y at all - just seems like it comes from the ingredients themselves and it doesn’t bother my skin one bit. Kk I’ve been using it consistently and haven’t had any irritation or flare-ups, which is huge for me. It does a great job removing makeup, dirt, and excess oils without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry after. My face just feels clean and calm. If you have sensitive skin (especially if you deal with rosacea like I do), I definitely recommend giving this a try. I’ll 100% keep using it and repurchase.
Gentle cleanser, scent not for me
I’ve been testing this cleanser and really like how gentle it feels on my skin. The foam is soft, rinses off easily, and doesn’t leave any dryness. It also does a surprisingly good job removing makeup — even most of my long-wear mascara. The only downside for me is the scent, but overall it’s a nice, gentle everyday cleanser.

Simple. Effective.
Best new cleanser, calm and restoring great for sensitive skin removes makeup even your waterproof mascara is not a problem and it doesn’t leave your skin filling stripped it leaves a moisturized and clean no fragrance. It’s awesome. Has great ingredients. It’s definitely recommended and the plastic it comes in is recycled. It’s all in all just definitely a new one that I will be using for the further here on.

Gentle and efficient
This face cleanser worked well at cleansing off residual makeup that my oil-based makeup remover left behind (I double cleanse with oil first). I have sensitive skin and rosacea and I didn’t find that this cleanser bothered my skin. There isn’t a scent either, which I appreciated. I was a bit confused because the bottle says “gel to foam,” however I couldn’t get this cleanser to foam up. It stayed as a loose gel. Still worked well!
