A staple for the household
For a freezer meal this is incredible. Some nights we don't have the energy to make a big meal and popping something in an oven is a great way to still get us all fed. It is a little heavy on the herb side of flavor, but honestly we like that. For a frozen pot pie I suggest giving it a try!
Beef Roast Pot Pie
This is a delicious beef pot pie that was easy to prepare and had a great balance of vegetables to beef. I'd repurchase these again!
Delicious…
Saw this and instantly mouth watered. I love pot pies! It is really good and love that it’s premade for days I don’t feel like cooking. I have bought this multiple times. The only thing that would make it better is more filling and sauce added. It would be 5 stars if they would adjust that.
Pretty good
So I must say the chicken pot pie definitely outshines the beef. However it is still pretty good! My family likes it and eats it often for dinner so if they’re happy with it it’s a win!
I absolutely LOVE this brand!!
Literally everything Better Goods puts out is so good!! Don't sleep on selecting their products! Really wish more stores carried it
Taste like metal
I got this in hopes that it would be a good pot pie. I cooked it in the oven and it took an hour which is typical for pot pies. I was really looking forward to this bit when I tried it it tasted strongly of metal l, im not sure if its because of the aluminum it is baked in but it was not good. Maybe it was a fluke and I hope someone else had a better experience but just wanted to share.
Great taste and filling
I love pot pies, but I had never had a beef one until now! And it was absolutely delicious. The combination of a flaky crust with a beefy filling is delicious. It takes a while to bake in the oven, but it is so worth it when you finally get to have it. It is enough for a meal for me and I would definitely recommend.
Like it
I really enjoyed this pot pie! The flavors reminded me of a cozy holiday dinner — turkey, stuffing, and veggies all in one bite. Super convenient and quick to prepare. The portion size was generous enough to feel like a full meal. Great for busy days when you still want something comforting.
Taste home made
Better goods beef roast pot pie was very good. Crust was tender and flaky. Beef and gravy tasted much like home made. Meat was tender, not rubbery. veggies were just right. We will be purchasing the other flavors next. SO GOOD!!
Easy Meal With Decent Flavor
The Bettergoods Beef Pot Roast Pot Pie is a convenient option for nights when you need something quick and filling. The portion size is generous, and it bakes up nicely without much effort. I found the flavor to be pretty good for a frozen pot pie—the gravy is savory, and the vegetables cook down well. The crust browned evenly, though I do wish it were a little flakier and less soft on the bottom. The beef pieces were decent, but a few were a bit chewy. Overall, it’s not a gourmet pot pie, but it’s a solid, comforting meal that works well when you want something warm and hearty without spending a lot of time cooking.
