Disappointed, needs better instructions
I was initially excited to try this. I made the vanilla recipe. I poured the entire recipe mixture on the plate and it took 30 minutes to freeze. Then, the spatulas were not able to make the ice cream roll. Only after this first round did I read the instructions on the left side of the booklet that I was only supposed to pour half the mixture. I made a second batch and the spatulas really were not able to roll. The ice cream came up the spatulas flat and then towards the end of the spatula push it started to roll a little. The instructions need to be really clear on “read this first” and then make the recipe. I would suggest too that the table be frozen flat, as the ice cream would freeze at different speeds because I froze it uneven in my freezer. Also, if I try this again I would stand up to roll, as I believe that would be the trick to have the right angle and pressure to ensure the ice cream rolled.

Sooo worth it
I'll admit...getting the ice cream to actually roll is something I'll have to master but i did get it to fold. Either way...it's so amazingly creamy and delicious (following the recipes included in the box) not to mention how quick and easy it is. I was able to make my husband and i each a nice sized bowl in less than ten minutes. Absolutely recommend

A sweet fun activity!
I received this for reviewing purposes and I loved it. It was a fun thing to do on a weekend! It takes ALOT of practice to get right. You should definitely freeze it for as long as possible and make sure the ingredients are cold as possible. The booklet tells you all you need to know and you can make any flavor you want. Loved it!

Fun way to make ice cream
The ice cream rolling plate is fun to use but I think there are easier ways to make ice cream. It takes a lot of scraping and smearing to get all of the liquid to freeze up. The ice cream also melts very quickly because it just barely froze. It’s also a little tricky to scrape up because the ice cream gets caught in the crevices. Overall, it’s a fun way to make ice cream and it’s simple to use but it’s not the best way to make it at home.

Good icecream maker if you have patience
I received this #freeproduct tray in exchange for an honest review from #hometesterclubna. I tried to use this after about 12 hours in the freezer and t did not work but I decided give it another try and put my ice cream mix into the freezer for over 24 hours and this works well. I also put my ice cream recipe in the freezer for 30 min. So it is not an instant ice cream maker but if you have patience you will enjoy using this pan.

Wished it worked
We freezed the griddle for 24 hours as directed, we made ice cream via the enclosed booklet. The icream did solidify but it would not roll. We did this over 3 days still would not roll. No pleased at all.

Inexpensive family fun at home!
I'm a mom to four boys, soon to be five, and we are always looking for fun, inexpensive ways to keep them entertained at home. Our ice cream roller came just in time! It was fun and easy to use, especially with little ones! The ice cream recipe was delicious and my boys had so much fun rolling the ice cream. It did not stick just like it said it wouldn't!

Classic Cuisine Ice Cream Rolller
The Classic Cuisine Ice cream maker was very easy to use. I love that the instructions are simple to follow especially for a beginner like me. I made ice cream with the recipe provided with the exception of the egg yolks. The plate was placed in the freezer for around 36 hours, and my ingredients for 6 hours. Using this ice cream maker I was able to make ice cream within 5 minutes. The ice shovels are really easy to use although this was my first time making ice cream and ice cream rolls.

It’s make quick cream but not rolls
Overall it’s look good .quick ice cream for your kids or your self . But it’s difficult to make ice cream rolls. I have tried many times but I didn’t succeed.

So easy and fun!
Ok this could not be more fun or easy. You just put the pan in the freezer for 24 hours, then put a 1/2 cup of ingredients in the pain, wait a minute or two and roll. Yeap it's that easy. I have another type of maker that's electronic. It's being placed on the top shelf now. I love this product.

Makes great rolled frozen fruit
The Classic Cuisine Ice Cream Roller Plate is a great idea in itself. I never could get ice cream to roll, but I could roll frozen fruit drinks. It doesn't take long at all to roll a couple of plates full (10 minutes at most). If you are only using this to roll treats for two people, then it is great. The one I tried only froze on one side of the plate though. All in all, I believe this product is great for a couple, but not to efficient for a family.
