Use & Care/Getting Started
Wash Before First Use: Clean with warm, soapy water; rinse and dry.
Preheat: Heat pan for 2 minutes on medium-low before cooking.
Add Oil or Butter: Once preheated, add oil or butter and let it warm before adding food.
Heat Guidelines: Use low–medium heat; medium-high for quick searing. Oven-safe to 500°F (glass lids 450°F). Avoid broiler and prolonged high heat.

Stainless steel is great
Stainless steel is the way to go a lot of people say it sticks etc but you have to cook on lower heat and use butter not sprays and you really have to learn how to use the pans and all and eggs are a gigantic learning curve but these are a great set

This is a great little set, every thing you need!!! These are very well made and sturdy skillets!!! Im greatful for the fact they are stainless steel, which brings me comfort knowing im cooking our family meals on pans that are safe!! The Hybrid Hero in every Kitchen
The Cuisinart FusionElite+ is a workhorse set for someone who wants the professional look and heat distribution of stainless steel but doesn't want to spend twenty minutes scrubbing the pan after dinner. It’s perfect for the "one-pan meal" enthusiast.While it's dishwasher safe, I’d still recommend a quick hand-wash to keep that ceramic coating in peak condition for a decade or more.
Our new favorite skillets
I have never been so impressed with kitchen cookware. I have yet to find anything that sticks to these pans. The clean up is a breeze which cuts down on dish washing time. All of my food cooks evenly and I love that you can pop them in the oven as well. So glad I purchased these.
Great cookware
My wife and I love this set. It was definitely more expensive than what we normally buy but definitely worth the few bucks extra. Worth the price and cooks food great.

Non Stick Awesomeness
I used to hate making eggs and until I started using Cuisinart FusionElite+ Nonstick Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 6-Pc Skillet Set. Every time I have made anything with cheese, I never worry anymore. No more stick no more scrubbing till my hands fall off! Please don't put these in the dishwasher though. That will take off the non stick wear.
