Gentle and deep cleansing shampoo!
I enjoyed using this Down to Basics fragrance free shampoo and it is a high quality product.I love that it is gentle on my hair and scalp and leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean.It is easy to apply and rinse off and I would purchase this product in the future when needed.

Trult fragrance free.
The Down to the Basics fragrance free shampoo truly was fragrance free. I couldn't smell any of the ingredients at all. It also did a great job on cleaning my hair

Great product.
Product leaves hair not only moisturized but manageable as well. My hair shines and feels strong as well as my scalp, it feels very clean and healthy. I love it and it's best shampoo thus far. I recommend.

Fragrance free hair care? Look no more.
The shampoo works well and does everything that a shampoo should. My only grievance is, I'm not a huge fan fragrance free products. I like to have a little bit of a scent that isn't soap. However, if I were to need to switch to a Fragrance Free shampoo I'd definitely give this another try. I would absolutely recommend this to friend. Especially if they needed something fragrance free.

Dry but full
I like the packaging for the conditioner. It comes in a small bottle with pump. It dispensed easily. There is no fragrance at all to this. I did not feel that it made my hair soft. It was full of body but felt very dry on the ends. My hair is usually flat and this did make my hair fuller. My hair felt clean after using. I just wish the conditioner gave more softness and moisture

Good shampoo
This shampoo doesn't dry your hair out. It doesn't smell bad since it is fragrance free. The bottle dispenses the shampoo well. I like this shampoo and would recommend it to others.

I'm A Believer
Like many others who have not had their hair cut since the pandemic began, I have long hair that is easily tangled and sheds like crazy. I have tried natural shampoos before and was skeptic about Down to the Basics, but I am a believer now. While there may be a faint smell, it is hardly noticeable and does not last, at all. It does not lather up like other shampoos but it still gets down to the scalp easily. No matter how I massaged my scalp, once I got out the shower I could easily put a comb through my hair without using my detangler. I don't even have as much shedding as I used to which is amazing. I can usually go every other day washing my hair and using Down to the Basics was no different. I really enjoyed this shampoo and would buy it if it was available.

Gentle Shampoo For Sensitive Scalp
There is no scent pertaining to this product. Lots of times you have to go to the doctors office and they do not want you to have perfumed products on your body or hair, so this is perfect. It is a mild shampoo for sensitive scalps, and does not aggravate your hair or scalp. I highly recommend it for anyone with dandruff or even a child.

My scalp feels great
I have eczema on my scalp, finding a shampoo has been difficult. I needed something that didn’t have any extras, and didn’t burn my scalp. Down to basics is free of all the additives, and works great. THe first time I used it, my scalp felt great, it wasn’t itchy, and my hair looked great. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use it.

Awesome!
Absolutely love this! Left my hair clean and soft without the heavy fragrance in most! Minimal ingredients without all the bad obes. Very handy dispenser so I don't have to fumble with it in shower.
