Works extremely quickly and well. I had waited years to see TSO in concert only to end up with a really bad cold. We rushed to the store and I picked this up on a whim and I was actually able to enjoy the show. It made my symptoms tolerable.

These liquid gel tabs by Equate are great. They're extremely similar to NyQuil or Vicks branded cough syrups, but offered at a much more reasonable price. Equate also makes liquid cough and cold medicine that is 10/10. I prefer the liquid version, only because it offers instant relief.

These work just as good as the name brand cold and flu and at a much cheaper price point. I like that these come in a combo pack so that you can make one purchase for the night and daytime instead of 2 separate purchases.

I always try to keep some of these in the medicine cabinet for unexpected colds or flus that hit our family. I get the same symptom relief from these as I do from the name brand. I would love it if they'd remove the artifical dyes, but I am overall satisfied with this product.

Great product and a great price. Effective to get you through all the tasks you need to do for the day. Then you can take the nighttime medication to get quality rest to recover. Woke up feeling well rested and better! Smooth texture and no taste is helpful too!

I was really impressed with this product even though it's made by Equate it still did its job. I liked the idea of getting day and night time relief all-in-one box. Yes I would recommend this to anyone who is suffering from mild cold.

I rely on Equate products for pain relief or to ease cold and flu symptoms pretty regularly, so I was glad to pick this up to try. This is the nighttime formula. The main active ingredients are acetaminophen for pain relief, phenylephrine as a decongestant, doxylamine as an antihistamine, and dextromethorphan for cough suppression. This product allows me to get some sleep when I'm sick, which is so needed! It quiets my cough and lets me breathe more easily while I sleep, so I wake feeling much better. It's especially great when taken along with the daytime version, so you can get through a cold or flu much more smoothly, day and night. And this stuff is a few bucks less than the similar name brand product, so you sleep better knowing you saved a little money, too! Recommended.

The medication does work, but just not as quite as well as the name-brand competitor and it wears off sooner. There need to be more Night Time doses. I end up needing more of them.
