I love the curling iron size and color!  Perfect for my hair !

I've used it before and wanted a second one for my travel bag.  I knew this brand was a good choice.

Great product but it takes like 15 minutes to cool down and the instructions were unclear on how to use it I had to pull up a YouTube video but other than that easy to use and heats fasts so it got my approval.

Overall great

The curling iron does a nice job when it turns on, but sometimes it just won't turn in when I push the button. The same button is used for the temperature setting and when it is working, my fingers will hit the button while I'm curling my hair and the temperature will change to a different setting so I have to keep switching it back to the temperature I want

Problem with on/off temperature button- flakey

Curls doesn't hold. Buttons inconveniently placed causing it tonbe pressed while using lowering the heat temps.

Only heats to 450°.

Warranty service is non existent. Used the website form and no response at all. It's been a month. Instagram website directs me to a fake email that cannot be delivered. We had our curling iron for 4 months and the cord is causing the power to cut out and in. Very dangerous situation.

Go with another brand.

I hate ordering Walmart online, it's always open and used. If I'm paying full price why did I get a used product? Even the warning tag was ripped off!
