Worked well first day
The lozenges tasted good and weren’t too chalky or overwhelming. I was only able to use the lozenges for 1 day (as I tested positive for pregnancy the next day), but during that 1 day, the lozenges subdued all my nicotine cravings. I believe they helped me break the habit for the day & gave me a head start on quitting nicotine for the pregnancy.

Very helpful for quitting!
This product is very helpful for quitting smoking or even just cutting back. It’s hard to stop cold turkey so if you’re looking to stop I would highly recommend this product.

Mint not for me
It worked pretty good, helped curve some of the cravings. The drops are hard not to chew. The mint flavor was off too me, I probably would have preferred cinnamon.

Makes situations manageable
They helped at times I wasn’t able to smoke. Also trying to use early morning when I smoke at the same time. Hoping I can quit slowly between the lozenges and the cold weather coming. I hate that I smoke and I sometimes hate walking by people smoking. I need to quit and going to keep using this to stop without being too miserable.

Good product, but some side effects.
The Habitrol nicotine lozenges 4 mg really did help to stop cravings. They have a strong but pleasant mint flavor that I did enjoy. The side effects however, will likely keep me from using these long-term. I noticed my heart rate become elevated, which was uncomfortable. Secondly, I experienced pretty moderate nausea. Moving forward I will likely use this product in the event that I need to curb cravings when I am unable to have a cigarette. I may need to find something else with less side effects to help me completely quit smoking.

Habitrol helping!
When I’m not able to vape, Habitrol can really come in handy. The mint tastes ok, and it lasts a decent amount of time, but too much use can make canker sores. I also got a bit of heartburn from them, but I just used some antacid with to keep that in check. Overall it seems to be a good product, one that I’ll turn to a great deal in the quitting process. My biggest concern is the cost, but if it helps me be successful it’s worth it!

Help for a bad habit
I have been serious about quitting smoking for a few months now but have a hard time getting through those moments of stress that make the cravings worse. I have tried the gum (terrible if you have a partial or plate) so I decided Habitual lozenges would hopefully work for me. I tried the 4 mg lozenges and was quite surprised on how well they work. They definitely take the edge off of feeling like needing a cigarette. What is also great is I can go anywhere and use these store,theater ect. To help with the cravings and being in a public needing that smoking satisfaction works for me. The only thing I wish I had bought a bigger bottle there was 24 lozenges which you go through pretty quickly if you have been a heavy smoker like myself. I am not sure if they offer a bigger bottle I am definitely going to look into it.

Great taste and easy way to stop smoking
Overall it was a great product to help reduce smoking .I definitely recommend following the instructions for the package in order for it to work as directed .got tired of the mint flavor fast

Cutting back on smoking with Habitrol
I’ve been using Habitrol lozenges for a few weeks and they’ve honestly helped take the edge off my cravings. The mint flavor is smooth, not too strong, and I like that I can pop one in discreetly when I feel the urge to smoke. It dissolves slowly and keeps me focused on quitting without feeling deprived.

Never thought I'd be able to quit smoking or vaping and gave this a shot. Quit faster than what it told me how long it would take. I'm sure other people may take longer and I actually thought it would take the recommended time but it didn't. Love the flavor no chalkiness or anything just tastes like mints. Will say though that over time of weaning off nicotine needed them less in my mouth because the flavor would become too strong but that was a good sign for me. 10/10 recommend to anyone trying to quit.
