Intense Pillow Massager!
I am very satisfied with the quality of the Hy Impact Shiatsu Vibration Pillow with Heat Massager! This product gives you an intense massage and leaves you feeling as if you just had an actual massage! I love using it on my lower back area, where I experience muscle aches the most.

Relaxing sit
This little massager has become a weekly staple in our house. My husband does physical labor for work and comes home and will turn this on to relieve tensions in his back and neck. The heat is a nice touch also.

Massager
Pros: Good size, like a small pillow. Easy to transport and works as described. Different settings based on your needs, it was fun to play around with. The con is that the settings are all high Intensity and can be a little intense! There were some areas where it actually hurt a little! Overall would purchase and would recommend.

Wow What A Product

Message Pillow
The product is good but it is uncomfortable to use. You have to control the pressure so if you lean too hard into it it actually hurts. I really like the heat. You just have to be careful on how you are using it.

HY Impact Shiatsu and Vibration Massage Pillow with Heat | Back and Neck Massage works great for my back and neck . I have been having issues for a year now and could not get the muscles to relax . After a few times using this this pillow .my neck and back have started to relax . I would recommend this product, it helped me.

Nice neck massage
I think this product gives a nice neck massage. It cradles your neck on each side and feels really nice. It warms up quickly and the heat really adds to the massage. I don't like it so much on my lower back. The massage heads are hard plastic and I find it painful to use there.

LOVE THIS MASSAGE PILLOW.
This product is small and light so I was not expecting much. I was so wrong! This plugs into a wall outlet and has an elastic strap on the back so it can fit over the back of your chair. This has unbelievable pressure and massages in the perfect neck and shoulder area exactly where all the tightness and knots are. The heat works just as well.

Uncomfortable
I've used the HY Impact Shiatsu and Vibration Massage Pillow with Heat/Back and Neck Massage and, for me, I've found it to be very uncomfortable because the massage units inside it are too large. I do feel though that it would provide a more satisfactory massage if those massage units on each side of it were made smaller or even if they were placed deeper into it. The heat function is nice, as are the speed settings. This product may work better or feel comfortable to other people but, for me, it just wasn't. The zip-open cover is nice on this unit and the elastic strap on the back is sturdy enough, and long enough, to accommodate average sized chairs, or perhaps even big pillows. It was easy to use and simple to connect and plug in. It seems to be built to last. It comes with an adequate user manual.

Stress reliever
This massager with heat helped my muscles relax. It’s just the right size. I have used it on my neck, shoulders and calves. The downfall is the cord is too short.

Pretty Good
I like this product a lot. It massages well and is nice to be able to flip around to massage different areas of the body. I wasn't sure how it would feel on my legs or feet but it was great. I had a very serious foot injury 3 years ago and have a lot of pain in that foot. The massager did a great job at helping with the pain without putting to much pressure on it. Some things that I did not love. The heat automatically comes on on its own and the buttons are hard to reach if you are working on your back to change direction or turn the heat on and off.

Works ok but a little painful
I used the HY Shiatsu & Vibration Massage Pillow w/ Heat on my neck, lower back and acutally my forearms & hands which are an extreme source of pain for me. I definitely could feel the heat and the kneading balls were great on my hands and arms. It was good for my neck & back as well but the kneading balls were a little hard/painful on those areas. There are different settings that allow the massagers to switch directions and to turn the heat on or off. Overall, it worked pretty well. I will definitely continue to use it, however they say that you can use this while driving, but I'm not so sure how safe that would be,

HY Impact
I absolutely love this product. You can use it on your lower back and neck/shoulders. This gives you a therapeutic massage like no other. It also rotates two ways so you don't have to feel the same motions over and over again. The only thing is that it automatically stops after a certain about of time it's been on but you just have to press the power button and it turns on again.
