I honestly did not expect to love a setting powder this much. The Hydro Boost formula feels so soft and light on my skin, and it doesn’t dry me out like others I’ve tried. I have combination skin, and this really helps blur and set everything without making my face look cakey or flat. It gives a nice natural finish, kind of like a soft filter. I use it over foundation or just on my bare skin when I want to cut shine and feel put together. Definitely a new favorite in my routine.
Wonderful powder worth the hype!
This powder feels amazing on my skin, as a dry skin girl, I don't often use powder but this one feels barely there yet provides such a noticeable mattifying effect, with your inner sheen still shining through. I love it!
can dry out skin
If you're finding this powder to be dry, the hyaluronic acid is probably the culprit. Hyaluronic acid needs another source of moisture to retain moisture. The hyaluronic acid itself doesn't provide any. It basically draws moisture out and holds it. If you don't provide that extra moisture, it can pull it from your skin, causing dryness. Anyway, this works best when I use a ton of setting spray or hydrating facial mist after I set my foundation with this powder. Otherwise I find it drying. It's a little bit of a gimmick.
Soft feeling
Feels great without drying out skin.. Actually adds moisture to skin while smoothing it all out.. Not cakey or fake looking..

I have used various Neutrogena products and I have always been a fan. I tried this setting powder and was not disappointed. The powder glides over my skin instead of settling in fine lines.

Anothe Hydro Boost winner
I am a lose powder girl, I like the feeling of using a big brush to kind just put the product all over your face equally. It feels barely there and I think it's its great quality. It does the job, it hydrates and it gives the perfect finish for the natural look.
