this is a tried and true frozen meal staple in my household. it always is delicious, everybody enjoys it, it’s cheap, it’s filling, it’s nutritional. there’s really not more you could ask for especially from a frozen meal
Flavorful and full
I recently tried the Lean Cusine enchilada dinner and it was fantastic. The flavors were perfectly balanced and exploded with flavor. It is a microwave dinner, but you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The portion size was generous/just right and it was easy to heat up at work. I will definitely be adding it to my lunch line up!
These were amazing for a frozen meal
I love anything Mexican rice sauces, and enchiladas are my favorite. I make them a lot for crowds when I have company however I don’t always take the time to make them because I’m just cooking for one and it seems like a lot of work. I thought I would give these a try when them grocery store had them on sale and I have to say these were really tasty the sauce that was on it was just a little spicy and perfect. The enchilada itself was nice and cheesy and the side rice was really good too. For a lower calorie meal and for anyone that’s just wants a good quick meal. This is perfect. I added a little bit of salsa and sour cream, and it was really good. Filled me up and took care of my craving for a good enchilada. Definitely will buy these again.

Quick and easy meal
Lean cuisines are something I tend to keep in my freezer at all times. They have good flavor selection and are quick and easy! Especially convenient to throw in your bag for work, or just when you don’t feel like cooking. The food and flavors are still good quality despite being frozen.

This is a great lean option! I like these for quick easy dinners on my diet! It makes for a comforting and wholesome easy meal.
Needs seasoning
I know they make a product that works for many and keep track of the ingredients and sodium, etc. It is definitely lacking in flavor, but that can be remedies. This is a tv dinner, so it's made for quick eating and not necessarily healthy like a home cooked meal. It has sodium and other ingredients, but it's healthier than some tv dinners. The texture is good as is the general concept.

This has been my go-to frozen meal for years. Always tastes good and keeps me full. I always have one on hand for lunches at work when I don’t have time to meal prep.

I loved having this on hand for taking to work...or relaxing after work. It can be very difficult to cook for one, and I loved knowing exactly when to expect... delicious!

I feel as if I’m constantly in the go and this is one of my favorite meals I will buy! I love these taste of the rice, as well as the perfect amount of mild spiciness. It also keeps me full & energetic! Perfect portion size given as well.

Great quick meal
I love Lean Cuisne Chicken Enchiladas! I mostly buy it for lunch at work but sometimes I’ll have it at home for a quick meal or if I don’t feel like cooking. The chicken enchiladas taste pretty good although it could use a little more sauce. I always add hot sauce to mine & makes it even better. It’s a great quick & convenient meal!
