Tastes as expected
I add this to my morning breakfast to get more protein in. I would add as a topper to toast and smoothie bowls. Easy to incorporate and a good deal on the product. I would recommend this product if you want to get extra health benefits.

I love these hemp seeds. They have a slightly nutty flavor and can be added in to anything I bake or a great add for smoothies to give it the nutritional boost.

Super good for you!
These are awesome! I love mixing these with organic sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds and truffle salt to put on my avocado toast. They are extremely healthy for you too.

Great in smoothies or other recipes
I love adding these to smoothies or recipes to add some natural protein, and these are great in those situations. Good texture, especially when hydrated, and healthy- I feel good about this unprocessed way to add protein.

This is great stuff....I love it! Great flavor and texture....goes great on a lot of different things. My favorite is to top yogurt or avocado toast with a sprinkle.

Love these!
I love keeping a bag of him hearts around to add to my baby's food, into smoothies, as oatmeal or yogurt topping, they have a light muddy flavor and are good in most things.

So Healthy
I really love these because they taste amazing and they are so good for me too. These are so versatile that I can use them to make muffins, add on top of my pureed soup for a nutty crunch or make little snack bites with them and they have lots of protein and omegas 3 &6. I just love these and I always keep them around.

easy protein
It's great way to add more nutrients to meals for me and my family. I add hemp hearts to all my smoothies, oatmeal breakfast, even in the soup. They are so versatile can be also added in yogurt and Salads etc.

Great addition to Smoothies!!
These hemp hearts are the best. I have tried this product and Manitoba "organic" hemp hearts. I prefer the organic ones. I add hemp hearts to all my smoothies for a protein packed meal.

I love putting this on top of my brown sugar oatmeal. It is a great way to add more nutrition to my breakfast, and I use it every day.

This is a very good product, tastes like pure hemp seeds without any additives. It's a bit pricey, but it tastes good.

Looove
I absolutely love adding these to food. It's my sneaky way to add more nutrients to meals for my family. They go great in yogurt, salads and so much more. It's so easy to sprinkle them into dishes. I anyways have some on hand.

Expensive, But Worth It
As many have said, you can toss these into just about ANYTHING. The texture reminds me of a cross between walnuts and wheat germ. Aside from mixing into yogurt and oatmeal, or sprinkling on salad or cooked veggies, I absolutely love to make a morning concoction of hot black tea, 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts, a tablespoon of coconut oil and a dash of cinnamon - whirl in a power blender and voila...a hot beverage that actually satisfies my hunger!

In daily yogurt
Love this stuff. It's so tasty and adds just a nutty flavor to my yogurt. It's better than adding nuts and the texture is soft compared to granola. It's also filling and helps me add to my breakfast ir snack!
