First I mury say, I am not very keen to vitamins or gummies in general. But these are out of these world amazing! I have to remind myself that they aren’t a candy (if it was up to me I would eat them by the handful, they’re delicious!) After I I stopped taking my birth control Pills my hair had a complete fit and vegan thinning like no tomorrow. (FYI-was on B/C for 10 years & abruptly stopped taking it after my fiancé passed away unexpectedly.) Bot only was I experiencing all over thinning I began noticing small round bald patches near my hairline/bangs..litttle did I know this is normal when stopping BC. Normal yet terrifying! If that wasn’t enough, my nails just stopped growing and the nails I did have started to peel they were so thin. I tried a few supplements such as biotin&collagen but to no avail. When I started three gummies I saw positive results in under two weeks, a true life saver!

This product is great, I used 4 different bottles and didn't see any changes. Although it made my nails really long. Didn't really see any changes on the skin. Overall, great product.

These vitamins are tasty and give my skin a glow! I didn't notice anything special about my skin until I started taking these vitamins.

So it took around about a week of taking these before I started seeing results but omg my nails started growing like crazy and it took a couple of weeks to notice that my hair was growing but it does what it is supposed to so that’s a win in my book

I use this regularly as instructed. If you do that then you will notice a big difference in your hair, skin & nails. My hair is thin, but I can tell a huge HEALTHIER difference. They taste amazing, and they are incredibly affordable.

I saw a difference in my nails but not my hair or skin. My nails used to be soft and would tear but now they're harder and can grow to some length with tearing.

This item is good for the value. There are other supplements which I found work better but I would definitely recommend these if you want to try a beauty supplement.

I'm so happy that I finally implemented biotin into my daily vitamin regimen. I feel like my hair is looking thicker and my nails are growing faster since I've been taking them.
