Happy with product!

Helps make my skin not look dry. Regular lotion and moisturizers make my face break out, so this product was a welcome relief. It is not greasy and does not feel weighted at all.

the best primer serum out!

I absolutely love this primer + serum. I have somewhat sensitive skin and worried that it may cake/clog my pores and cause breakouts but I didn't experience a single blemish while using! It didn't leave my skin feeling any different than usual. When I didn't apply makeup, it left my face looking bright and healthy. When using makeup, I noticed it helped my makeup last longer. Overall, I love this product. I will definitely continue to buy.

Great product, I highly recommend.

Great product, I highly recommend. The product dries very fast on the skin, by the time I am ready to apply my foundation my skin is already fully dried. After a few seconds of application you can already see your skin more radiant, smooth and less noticeable pores.

Great base for dry skin types

I have dry, somewhat sensitive skin and I honestly didn’t think I would love this product as much as I did. I typically don’t use a base that often when applying my makeup because I haven’t found one I really like. I don’t use a lot of concealer or foundation, but I use a little most days. Without a base, my concealer mostly rubs off by the end of the day. On the days I applied this base, I was quite surprised to see that my concealer/foundation remained fresh looking by the time I got home from work. I also loved that it made my face feel moisturized. I usually have to apply a little face cream throughout the day due to having dry skin, but I didn’t have to do this on the days I used this. Overall, I love this product and will purchase in the future.

Provides nice Glow

The primer is not a primer in the traditional sense - it does not minimize pores or provide a smooth surface for makeup application. However, it does provide a nice glow under makeup and makes my face dewy.

Neutrogena not-so-radiant skin

After trying the serum daily over the last 3 weeks, I have not noticed any difference. My skin brightness and texture remain the same. My makeup application has not gone any smoother or better. I just don’t see what this product can do for me or my skin, which is why I only gave it a 2 star rating. Thankfully it did not make me break out.

Soft and glowy skin

I used the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Radiant Primer and Serum daily as a moisturizer and it made my skin moisturized and "glowy". After washing my face, it was the only thing I used and it left my skin soft. Additionally, the serum did not leave a super sticky feel on my skin. the only reason, that I didn't give the product 5 stars is because I didn't see any improvements to my skin.

Unsure of value.

The product was fine, but didn't offer me any specific value that I could note. The product didn't come with any education or information, so I felt that I was trying to figure out what I was supposed to be feeling/noting.
