NEUTROGENA® Healthy Skin Radiant Primer + Serum

I liked how NEUTROGENA® Healthy Skin Radiant Primer + Serum really did make my skin seem more radiant. I also liked that I could use just the serum without any makeup. Additionally, I felt that if I used the serum with make up, it did make my make up go on more smoothly and generally look better. All that being said, I didn't see any noticeable differences in my skin. So while I liked the product, I am not sure it is worth the money when I didn't see or feel any real differences. I am wondering if I just need to use it for a longer time and I do intend to keep using the product to see if I notice any differences over time.

This was a nice serum and primer. It didn’t feel greasy and gave my skin a nice glow. I wasn’t sure how it helped with my makeup though. I didn’t see a difference there.

To start, the packaging is excellent. Nice thick glass bottle and a really sturdy feeling applicator. A good amount pulls up into the tube so you can apply quickly which is great because this has become my go to! I use it as a primer under my makeup and find it performs as well as any other primer I’ve tried. Smooths and nourishes skin and sets a good base. Also on days where I don’t want to do my makeup I’ll put a little heavier amount on and it just makes my skin feel healthy and gives a nice glow (hiding my exhaustion!). I really like this stuff!

The primer was nice feeling on my skin and gave my skin a nice shimmer but unfortunately my skin broke out after using it. And once you put on your concealer, the shimmer which I liked was not visible.

Left my skin brighter and moisturized whether using prior to makeup application or solo. Foundation went on smoother when using it. Was a product I didn't even know I needed, but would definitely recommend!

I love that this Serum makes my face not only soft and hydrated but that it also leaves a radiant healthy glow.

I am extremely pleased with the primer. It lays a healthy feeling foundation that I feel doesn’t dry and keeps an even skintone. I like the feel and it goes on smooth making my skin feel silky but not heavy like some other primers. I like that it’s a serum combined. Over the last week it has made my skin feel healthier and I have a glow.

This primer does a wonderful job keeping my makeup in place throughout the whole day. I love that the “tacky” feel grips my makeup so that it doesn’t slide off when I get hot and sweaty, and doesn’t transfer when I touch my face. This is a huge plus over the other silicone primers. I was surprised that the shimmer from the primer was still visible even though I had foundation on top. It really gave my face a nice glow. Bonus- this can be put on top of foundation as a highlighter. The downside to the primer being tacky (rather than typical silicone feel) is that it sank into my forehead lines and made them super noticeable. This is a primer better suited to younger skin, and I wouldn’t recommend it for those with deeper lines. Also, the glittery shimmer may not be appropriate for certain professional settings. Overall it’s a good primer, and probably the best one to use during hot/humid weather.

I received the NEUTROGENA® Healthy Skin Radiant Primer + Serum on a cold winter morning and immediately tried it on. My skin had been very dry that week and the serum instantly absorbed. There were tiny sparkles on my hands after but my skin felt very refreshed. It's not a miracle serum. My skin was still somewhat dry after. It's winter. There's no instant cure for winter skin. I left it on with no makeup that day and reapplied later in evening after showering and exfoliating. Again it absorbed instantly. I have since used it with a moisturizer and under makeup. I like it. It's not making me break out and that's my favorite part of Neutrogena. Their products work great with my skin. Winter makes my skin appear very dull. The serum does give me a nice glow especially under makeup. I also loved the cool feeling it gave me the first time I used it. On occasion I put it in the fridge for an hour before I get ready. My pores look nicer when it's cold and my foundation lasts longer.

Love the feeling on my skin. Not greasy at all. Enjoy that it can be used alone or as a primer. The only draw back that I see is that there isn't color if used alone.

This is my first time to try a primer from Neutrogena and color me impressed. I typically use high end brands from Sephora or Ulta and this primer definitely competes with those brands. I love the feel of it on my skin -- not too sticky/tacky but just enough so that I know it will keep my makeup in place. My makeup lasts all day with no creasing using this primer. Definitely recommend it!

I was a bit hesitant to try the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Radiant Primer + Serum at first. In the bottle it looks like it'll be WAY to luminescent. It's not, though. This primer + serum combo is thin, spreads onto the skin nicely, and makes skin look perfectly radiant. If this were more hydrating I would add it into my skincare rotation. Unfortunately, during these winter months I need that extra layer of moisture for my dry skin and this just doesn't do it. This is the reason I won't be purchasing this product and why I gave it only 4 stars. Add some deep moisturizing properties and this would definitely be a 5 star product. You can truly use this on its own as a serum or layer under makeup as a primer. It does indeed work both ways, and who doesn't enjoy dual use products? Neutrogena has fantastic skin care from the drugstore, and in my opinion, this is one more product that can be added to that list. Definitely give this a try if you want to give your skin a nice healthy looking glow.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Radiant Primer and Serum goes on as a liquid with a dropper. It doesn’t really have a scent and went on smoothly making my foundation application much smoother. My skin did look and feel radiant with a healthy glow. This is awesome to use under foundation or just alone to make your skin radiant.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Radiant Primer + Serum is very lightweight and glides over my skin when I put it on in the morning. It has evened out my skin tone, reduced redness and made my pores appear smaller in size. I do wish it had a little bit more tone to it, so I could wear it without any foundation. Overall, I would buy this product again.

I liked the way it moisturized my face and it seemed to keep it moisturized for the duration of the day. My face didn't break out and I didn't have any allergic reactions. Overall I really liked this product. My face gets extremely dry during the winter and it's very noticeable but the Neutrogena serum really did make those little white dry flakes on my face disappear and my dry skin wasn't noticable. Also, the serum didn't leave my face oily or shiny.
