Great makeup removal product
I really enjoyed trying out Neutrogena Makeup Melting Refreshing Jelly cleanser. It worked beautifully for my eye makeup and didn't leave my skin dry.

Good not great
I did enjoy this product. It did not dry out my skin which is very good, but it also was not able to take off all of my eye makeup at once

Good, but not for me.
I personally experienced a slight burning around my nose, it wasn’t bad but I would just rather not use it. I’ll be giving it to a friend for that reason. It did remove my eye makeup, foundation and lipstick.

Nice consistency and effective
This is an extremely gentle and effective cleanser for removing makeup without leaving your skin dry and tight. The jelly is an interesting texture and feels really nice to use. I follow this up with my normal cleanser to remove any residue and my skin feels clean. I typically use a cleansing oil to remove makeup but this is a nice options as well.

Amazing
This has changed my face cleaning game to 100. Gentle and hydrating and strong enough to clean away my face oils and dirt. Loved this product.

Removes anything
This jelly cleanser is amazing at removing makeup, even the waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Its tough on product but still gentle on skin. Doesn’t leave you red or irritated, and your skin feels soft after rinsing.

Works better and way easier.
Neutrogena's new makeup melting jelly cleanser works so great it's so much better than having to scrub my eyes with other oily makeup removers and do it several times to where it hurts my eyes the jelly cleanser works the first time with no hassle. I like the jelly creamy consistency it has and how much easier it is to use without needing cotton rounds.

Easy and Effective Cleanser
I enjoyed this cleanser. I like that you can use it without water. I have combination skin and I didn't find it drying. The cleanser works well at removing even stubborn makeup. You do have to be careful around the eyes, I thought it stung a bit more than other cleansers.

Okay. Probably wouldn't buy.
Had light makeup on around the eyes, including eyeliner and mascara (not waterproof). Used a cotton pad to remove and it though it did take some of the eyeliner off, after rinsing with water the mascara did not come off easily. Had a pleasant nice smell to it.

Really like it!
Neutrogena Makeup Melting Refreshing Jelly Cleanser was a product I would definitely keep using in the future. Smell is subtle, product is easy to use and removes almost all makeup. My skin did look clean/makeup free, but looked a bit greasy after rinsing with water. Just to see how well the product worked, I did go over my face a few times and there was very little makeup still on my skin. The jelly cleaner did remove about 98% of my makeup though, which is still great! I do not wear eye makeup or mascara, so I'm not sure how it works with that.

Works Quickly!
This cleanser is like a cream-like substance, and it feels like a combination of cream and gel mix together. However, I could not get a scent from the bottle, and wish it was a little sweet. On the other hand, this cleanser works really well; it’s like “magic in a bottle”. When I applied it to my face, I noticed the make-up moving. To remove off my skin, I used both the cotton ball method and the direct wash off method. Both resulted in a clean finish but the cotton ball method had a cleaner effect with the cleanser. After using this cleanser, my make up was all gone and my skin felt smooth. I’m in love with this fast-melting cleanser and will definitely recommend it.

Asian skincare has finally arrived
This was very easy to use and the scent was great. The most important thing is to use this in dry skin. It doesn’t work if your skin is wet.
