The product tastes fine and mixes well with a shaker bottle. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is interested in a quality muscle building supplement.

I really liked this stuff. It seems like it's some high quality creatine and I am very satisfied with it. I take it in before and after working out with any type of 100% fruit juice and it masks the flavor of the creatine pretty well. Also, because it is micronized, it mixes easily in a liquid, so I don't have to worry about getting the powder to mix into the juice to drink it. Definitely recommend this brand (Now sports) they always make quality supplements.

The first thing I noticed is that it does not dissolve well in water based cold liquids. It does better in thicker liquids or hot liquids. I saw a noticeable increase in energy which was nice, although I cant say I noticed anything difference in my muscles.

NOW Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is a nice supplement. It goes down easily even with water. It is unflavored but not strong at all so it's not bad or mouth drying. Would prefer a flavor.

The NOW Sports Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is indeed micronized, unlike other creatine "powders" it is not grainy and dissolves flawlessly in any liquid, plus no aftertaste.

Usually, this involves rotating days of cardio, lifting, and legs, and I've found that adding this to my diet has helped me achieve peak physical shape. I'm glad I was introduced to NOW Sports Micronized Creatine Monohydrate because it seems to be a reputable brand and this product started delivering results pretty quickly: inside of a week. I mix it in whatever juice I have in my fridge (usually cranberry juice or lemonade) and drink it after a workout, and my body just feels better when I have it, as if it's helping my muscles recover better after an intense workout. I really like that it has no taste, and it's pure...no additives or preservatives. It'll remain a part of my workout routine for the foreseeable future.

It did its job. I felt the water retention with creatine. Flavor was ok. Due to covid wuarantine i don't think i was able to use it to its max potential

So I tried it for roughly 2 or 3 weeks, and it caused me to gain more water weight, so my weight was higher on the scale. But, I work out so my muscles were bigger and recharged faster after working out. Good stuff.

The creatine mix was good. Of course, the taste is unusual, but that goes with all creatine products. What I found best was to just mix it in with my protein shake. I waited a while before writing this review, and I actually see results coming in quicker the normal! I haven't been as active because of gym closures due to COVID, but working out with home and taking this supplement I truly see gains coming in faster than normal. By gains I mean body weight plus muscle tone. I would recommend this to all those hoping to bulk up! The results are good!

This stuff makes you bald. Look it up, it really does low men's T levels.

This was my first vegan based supplement and I’m not disappointed. Has a great taste and results have been noticeable.
