Original Tamagotchi Virtual Pet - Plaid

It is fun to see some of these things come back around, and still be enjoyable for kids today with all of the technology that they have access to. I think they did a good job of staying true to the ones we had as kids. My household loved playing with this.

These were VERY popular when I was in middle school. Myself and most of the school had one. We loved them! I didn't know they make these still. I can't wait to get one for my daughter.

Retro style with an upgraded design. The tamagotchi is just like the throwbacks from when I was a kid. My kid has hers clipped to her backpack. We had to get some for all of our kids at target but they were only 14.99 each. This lead to a much bigger problem of finding more tamagotchi stuff XD we now have tamagotchi virtual pets littering the house. From the pix with the camera to the Bluetooth ones (apparently alot harder to find now) This will lead to an addiction

How can you not love a Tamagotchi? I am so glad these are still around and coming back. I remember them from childhood. When I saw them on the shelf I had to buy for my kids. They don't compare to all of today's technology, but they are still so fun. I love the idea of keeping your little creature alive and caring for it. I had a blast with mine when I was a kid. Everyone should have one!

This is such a blast from the past and a nostalgic toy to play with, even as an adult. From a simpler time where games didn't require so much to keep your attention. I love having this on my keychain.

Definitely one of my favorites from back in the day. Some of us seemed to be able to keep them alive better than others, lol. I guess you could say that us women had the "motherly instinct" kick in. Forget about carrying an actual egg around school for sex education class or taking home a baby-a-like doll to show us how much we do n't want to have a baby at 16, because we had tamagotchis to keep alive! I would definitely recommend this product to both kids and adults. I love the fact that it's a keychain so it's easy to take with you, it clips right into your keyring or your backpack and it's small/compact and lightweight. I am half tempted to buy these for my three older kids, ages 6-8-12 to see which kiddos can keep their virtual pet alive!

I remember as a kid I had several of these and I loved them. I recently purchased one for my daughter and she loves it as well she plays with it daily and has been asking me for another one. Will be purchasing more.

My oldest son actually bought me this Tamagotchi for my birthday this year. Wow, did I feel like a child again! This is a definite replica, as far as I can remember, of the Tamagotchi I had when I was about 10 years old. So, here I am taking care of a Tamagotchi as well as my 5 children. This is what my son thought I needed? Really?! Overall I'm very happy with the remake of this 90's toy we all enjoyed and loved!

I was so excited when my daughter told me she wanted one of these!! Come on anyone who was a teen in the early 2000's had one of these! They were such a fun, simple, cute way to keep your kiddo busy!

I bought this for my son for christmas present. I was super excited and it totally brought me back to my childhood. It was basically as i remembered it. Easy to use and easy to figure out. I think it was a great toy for its time, however now days kids toys are so advanced that kids get bored with things relatively qquickly.

I think this is for a certain kind of person. I was horrible at keeping my pet alive and happy. I forgot to check on it all the time. But for some people they really were able to do it and they loved it.

My granddaughter really enjoys playing with this, gives her something to take care of and it's fun for her highly recommend.

Oh man! I was excited to see these come back. Fun way to teach responsibility from anywhere you are :).
