Does the job
Pen and Gear is a great brand and these ballpoint pens are exactly what you'd expect. They write smoothly and neatly, no smearing ink. The rubber cushion allows for a comfortable grip. I like that they come in a pack of eight. You can easily keep a pen anywhere you might need one - on your counter, on your desk, in your purse - and have plenty to spare if someone ever needs to borrow one. I have no complaints concerning these pens, but gave it four stars because as good as they are, I find myself reaching for my trusty favorite pen that I've owned for years. *I received a complimentary pack of pens in exchange for my honest review. Ballpoint pen review
This pen really stuck out as I sorted through my ball point pens. The ballpoint tip works effectively and and smoothly. I was most impressed that the ink did not smudge or smear. The pens were perfectly balanced for comfort. I would purchase these pens for work and recommend them to friends and family.

Great essay writer!
The pen has a plastic covering at first but will pop off as you write. The ink is high quality and precise with writing. My hand didn't get fatigue as other brands. It has a smooth glide as you write out your words and retracts once you are finished. There are no caps to keep or lose because of retractability.

Reliable Ballpoint Pens
Pen + Gear Retractable Ballpoint Pens are awesome. The 1.0 mm medium point makes them write ultra smooth. I am a pen fanatic and these definitely pass the test. I write a lot all day and the rubber cushion grip makes it so comfortable for me to pressure free write all day.

Easy to use pens
These pens were very easy to use. I often have to jot down notes for my job and this pen glided very easily on the paper. The rubber cushion on the pen makes sure your finger doesn't get tired out writing. I will be using these for work and for personal use.

A good pen for all occasions
I like the retractable ballpoint pens because they write smooth and the retractable feature helps the pen from drying out. They are lightweight and not bulky which makes them easy for transport or putting in your purse or pocket.

Love these pens!
In general, I love pens! I have way too many of them. In fact, my husband groans and shakes his head when I find a new pen or tell him I need a new set of pens. I can't help it! While I'm always looking for new colors, thickness, and type; these pens are the ones that I always always have on hand! I may have another set on my desk that I'm trying out, but these are in the cupholder always ready when the new ones don't work out as hoped. These write smoothly, the ink dries quickly and doesn't smear, and they feel good in your hand. These are not fine tip (which I'm not really a fan of, too scratchy), but they write much smoother than regular ballpoint pens. And they hold up in your car during 115* summers; whereas other pens would dry up or explode.
