Reliable
We have had this shredder for almost a year now. We use it DAILY! It is so worth it! Every now and then my kids will put too much at once, causing it to jam. But, it’s super easy to unjam, and rarely happens. This is such a useful item to have in households!

Easy
I use this product at work to shred clients flies and intervention notes the best thing I like about this product is if paper jams it has a reverse switch so no more trting to yank out the over crowded papers. Good for small offive settings or just home bills.
