My Dog Loved Them—Improvements Took Time
My dog really enjoyed these chews—he got excited every time I grabbed the bag, so giving them daily was super easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the smell, too; instead of the usual strong dog-treat scent, they had a warm, nutmeg-like smell that honestly could pass for something meant for people. My dog has a pretty sensitive stomach, and over time I noticed his stools were more solid, his stomach wasn’t grumbling as much, and he could even handle treats like cooked chicken without immediately getting the runs. He’s also been eating less grass, which is a nice bonus. The improvements weren’t dramatic or instant, but they were real. Overall, I’d recommend these chews—just with the expectation that the benefits are more gradual than overnight.

At first my dog wouldn’t touch the treat but I left it and she came back for it. We are almost a month in and she begs for them now. I haven’t noticed any shift in gut health but I’m hopeful it’s working for her.

Great for dogs gut health
Protein Daily Care Gut+Immunity 60 soft chews for all dogs. This is great for my 33 pound mixed fixed dog. I noticed helped her with going potty better and more regular. Gave my dog as recommend and noticed a difference. Easy to chew and digest. Great product will buy again.

Good product with healthy ingredients
My dog is 9.5 yrs old and is very healthy. Ollie is a big fan of these treats. I shared a few with my friend’s dog who is VERY picky, and she even ate them! I like the ingredient list and they smell good. I noticed at first Ollie had some stinky gas from the probiotics but this only lasted 2-3 days and subsided after (he is also part boxer). Overall I like these and would recommend them as a healthy probiotic treat option.

I wanted to love this product but honestly in the short time we used it I wasn’t able to record any notable changes in my pups gut health. I will continue to use it although my dog is not particularly a fan of them, I usually have to mask them either something else.

Not the outcome I expected!
I tested ProteinX Daily Gut Care + Immunity on both of my dogs — Kobe, my 14-month-old medium-breed pup, and Angel, my 3-year-old large-breed Shepherd mix. They both loved the taste and treated the probiotic chews like they were special treats, which made introducing them really easy. Unfortunately, the results weren’t what I hoped for. While Angel handled them fine, Kobe developed severe diarrhea shortly after starting the chews. It got so bad that I spent almost a full week cleaning up accidents throughout my living room, bedroom, car, and even both dogs. It was overwhelming and, honestly, turned into a nightmare for our household. I had to spend so much money on enzyme cleaners, training pads, and supplies. I do believe this supplement may work well for some dogs, but based on the reaction Kobe had, I can’t continue giving it to either of my pets. The risk just isn’t worth it for us. I really wanted to love this product, but our experience was too negative for me to recommend it.
