I personally did not care for the Sweet Earth Enlightened Foods Mindbender Quesadilla, it tasted kind of bland. Which is weird considering all the other Sweet Earth products i've tried are extremely seasoned. Not to mention the list of ingredients is extensive, so like i said weird...

Deliciousness
These quesadillas are both tasty and better for you. I followed the instructions on the box and microwaved them. They were definitely a delicious treat. This is perfect for lunch or even a quick snack.

Great flavors, fun to eat
I love the spinach, mushrooms, kale, onions, nutritional yeast, poblamo peppers, bell peppers, flax seeds and lots of wonderful herbs and spices. I was not crazy about 9 g of fat, 3 g saturated fat. I would prefer less. The taste, texture, and uniqueness made it a nice treat. Easy to prepare in about 5 minutes. Nice gooey treat.

Great!
Wow for a microwaved dinner, this quesadilla was actually really good and flavorful! I picked it up at target and I will be getting more. The mushrooms and cheese were great.

Tasty
I tried a few of this brand's products on a whim after finding them at my local Target and I enjoy them. These quesadillas are not vegan but are vegetarian. I am an omnivore but am trying to limit my meat consumption a bit. These are a nice lunch alternative and are tasty. I would buy them again. They are a little more expensive than some other meals but cheaper than delivery or fast food.

Great Vegetarian Snack
We are trying to eat less meat as we get older. I decided to give the quesadillas a try and am glad I did. They have great flavor and good to keep on hand. My only issues is that these are not enough food for most people. You'll need a salad or side if you want a meal. Otherwise, they are good for a snack. The calorie content seems high for what you get and the sodium is more than I like, but that's what you get with frozen food. They are definitely on my recommend list!
