Nice moisturizer

Mediocre product
Unlike other products from the art of shaving, this one misses the mark. After application it leaves quite a greasy feeling on your face. There is also no hint of either chamomile or lavender, as the product name suggests. You'll smell nothing but the overbearing stench of cloves. On the plus side, it definitely hydrates your face and performs well in that regard.

Very fragrant skin balm
The Art of Shaving Lavender & Roman Chamomile Overnight Balm is simple to use, and made my skin feel refreshed when I woke up the next day. My wife, and I, noticed that the balm is quite fragrant, in a good way, and not too overpowering. My face and neck felt better in the morning than I’m used to, b/c I live in a dry almost arid environment. There wasn’t any unwelcome oiliness that I worry about with most facial balms, and it didn’t cause any breakouts or clogged pores. Overall, it has a pleasant scent and left my face feeling just right.

Excellent overnight balm
I've been using this overnight balm for the past week and already I am noticing a huge difference in my skin during the day. I almost always wake up with a dry face because I like showering at night and by using this balm I no longer have any dry skin in the morning! It also smells good and feels great on my skin because of the different mix of oils it has! I highly recommend this to any guy looking for a good facial balm to use before bed.

Good product, bad smell
I thought that this product worked well- it left me with fresh and moisturized skin in the morning. With that being said, I could not get over the scent and it deterred me from using it regularly. It is a strong floral scent unlike something I've smelt before and I did not enjoy it at all. That was disappointing because I have enjoyed other products by this company that have smelt amazing. I realize smell is objective but from my perspective proceed with caution if you don't regularly enjoy floral smells.

Very greasy
I found this balm to be a bit greasy. It never fully absorbed into my skin. The fragrance was clean and very relaxing though. It is great as an after shave moisturizing treatment though. I applied and let it sit for 15 mins then wiped away with a clean cloth and followed up with an oil free gel cream.

Boyfriend
My boyfriend shaves a good bit of the time but I’m always introducing him to new products or buying/getting new products for him to try. He had nothing bad to say - as for me I liked the smell. He did too. Would recommend this brand!

Skin balm
I often shave before bed to avoid walking around with nicks or razor burn. I saw this product and decided to give it a try. It have cool my face after shaving and has a nice scent. I have started keeping this in my shaving routine.
