I really don't know if this helped or not. I tried it for over a month and really didn't notice any differences.

Good overall
This one is good and it doesn’t make me feel bad after taking it. I see somewhat of a difference in nails but not hair length

Didn't notice a difference
I wouldn't recommend this product. Unlike the collagen peptides, this product didn't do a thing and for the price you would expect to see a difference. I took these for 30 days and notice zero change in hair, skin, nails.

Great add to your vitamins
This is a great add for anyone that needs that extra boost. I was worried I wouldn't like the taste but it was fine. I feel like my skin already is looking better after two weeks. I'm sure I will tell in my hair soon too.

Excellent for hair and nails
I got this because my hair and nails need something to help them in the worst way, these taste great and seems to be helping although im still currently using them as i hope i still have great results.. so far so good!!

I tried several of their products and they are amazing. they all have collagen and other vitamins that help the body and mind. super recommended.

Really great and saw a difference in a short time
I really like this product I am always hesitant to use these because I feel like they won’t taste very well but this one taste great and I actually see a difference in my hair skin nails etc.

Beautiful Beauty Boost
I really like Vital Proteins Beauty Boost! It’s has become part of my morning routine. I mix it into a breakfast fruit smoothie. I feel it helps to keep my skin hydrated which keeps wrinkles at bay. It helps to keep my nails healthy and strong

Betcha Be Boosted
This is really great booster!!! I e tried others and haven’t had the same results as with Vital Protiens. this is easy to use, a scooping cup is included to measure. A scoop or two depending on your preference will help to boost ya for the day. I like mine in a morning smoothie or with orange juice.

Radiance Restoration

Love it!
The Vitamin C in this has really improved my skin and I really feel all around healither. I have a hard time swallowing supplements so I always think they could be smaller but I’ve gotten used to it!
