This is a very fun and convenient kit. Everything you need comes pre measured, which made the process way less intimidating than making macarons from scratch. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone who doesn’t bake macarons often. The raspberry flavor was sweet with just the right amount of tartness and doesn’t taste artificial. The shells baked up nicely with a light, crisp outside and a chewy center, and the filling came together smoothly.

Fun to make
I’ve always wanted to make macarons but they sounded to difficult so when I saw these, i had to get them. They were fairly easy to make & they tasted pretty good!

I’ve made my own french macarons before and this baking kit made it much quicker and simpler. I’m a perfectionist, so I used a macaron template underneath a silicone baking mat to help pipe out the perfect shape every time. I still had to leave it out to dry before baking so that’ll it’ll get the famous “feet” that you see around the edges of the macaron. I’ve also tried Favorite Day’s premade macarons that they made. I find the raspberry flavor to be quite similar to the one that they sell as a set.
