This has a great, creamy texture and doesn’t get too watery after a few days. It also doesn’t have a bitter aftertaste but has a satisfying taste. The only downside is the ingredients. It has whey in which some others don’t and also has a high sodium level. Other than that it is a high quality cottage cheese that worked well with fruit.

This is like diet Dr Pepper...you don't really like the taste difference? Then this is the cottage cheese for your taste buds. It's smooth, rich, creamy, full bodied and all of the flavor of the original golden whole milk cottage cheese. I've had this brand all my life and when I realized I'd save calories and not lose a bit of the flavor well I've been sold on pink since...thanks Knudsen
