La Mer The Perfecting Primer

I bought La Mer The Perfecting Primer and had extremely high hopes because I heard many people rave about in. I found it not only pricey, but it claims to be hydrating, but my skin skin did not feel like it.

As a lover of Le mer products as well as a primer enthusiast, I had to try this product. Here's what I found: Pros •easily blares imperfections as well as conceals pores ••promotes soft focus effect •incredible ability to prevent oily skin from affecting the adhesion of foundations •not dehydrating Cons •while this primer works seamlessly with le mers foundations and a vastt number of other brands foundations, they're going to be a few foundations this primer is not good for. Ie I used it with a Dior foundation and found the adhesion to be poor. Otherwise, all the other foundations I used this primer with benefited •well not an inappropriate choice for normal to dry skin, this primer simply shines with used with combination or oily skin Overall impressions we're very good with an emphasis on learning what foundations this primer pairs well with.

Like all LAa Mer's products, their primer is a gentle skin that goes on lightly and doesn't leave you with pimples afterwards. The forumla feels like a moisturizer, rather than a greasy/clumpy primer like some other brands.

I absolutely LOVE this primer!!! After months of searching and trying what felt like every primer and brand in the world I, of course, ended up going with my first choice which is this one by LA Mer and I pair it with my La Mer foundation. Part of the reason why I bought this one is that I find my La Mer foundation can sometimes transfer easily. This primer is very moisturizing and it even looks good without putting makeup on! It has a very luxurious feel and the barely there scent is perfect. My skin is super dry and after using this I can't seem to find another one that lives up to the same expectations. And while the $95 price tag may seem a bit high, I had the 40mL and it lasted almost a year. A little really does goes a long way for me.

This primer is by far the best your money can buy. Yes it is a bit more on the pricey and expensive side but with makeup and beauty products that saying couldn’t be any more true that you get what you pay for. You will be glad you spent the money and your face will thank you.

This primer is the softest. I make sure to never run out of it. It sets in your skin pretty fast and allows the rest of your makeup to glide perfectly in your skin. My skin and makeup looks and feels to smooth.

It’s a decent primer but not my favorite. It doesn’t take a lot of product which I love and it gives my face a nice canvas to work on. It’s easy to use. What I wasn’t thrilled with was that it didn’t keep my makeup from sliding off my face. I still have a good amount of this primer left and it’s a good replacement if my favorite primer runs out and I have to wait for it to arrive. I do love other La Mer products better than this primer,

This is the best of the best face primers. It doesn’t get any better than this. It truly lengthens the amount of time my makeup stays on for. It’s especially amazing for those long days when you don’t want your makeup to move.

When I received this product I was like yayy!! Finally got an amazing product and it sure was I have very dry skin due to a rare skin disorder. And I tell you since I've used this product my skin has been amazing so soft and my wrinkles are disappearing. This product is AMAZING I LOVE IT.id buy it if I found it for a great price.

This is a really great pillowy soft primer. The texture is nice and I do love it but it is not cheap by any means. There are other great primers that compare at a lower cost

This La Mer primer is a great multitasker. It hydrates well, and perfectly primes your skin for your next makeup steps. It does seem to have some smoothing effect for slight imperfections, but I wouldn't call it a miracle worker. Nice product, but I am not sure it's worth the price point over other products.

Tried this primer, no complaints other than the price point, lol great primer though, it's very pricey, it blurred my pores, gave a flawless canvas for my makeup, which lasted all day, until I removed it

Goes on smooth and does not cake the foundation. Love it!
