They are meh
I tried these in hopes to find something that would be beneficial to my skin and this was not it. These made me break out and I think it was because of all the biotin. They don’t taste bad but the taste is the only good thing.

Tastes fantastic
I always want to eat MORE. I didn't notice a change in growth over the period of one bottle. But I liked eat them a lot and wish there was candy like this.

liked but not sure if it did anything
these tasted good and I think Natures Bounty is one of the better quality supplement brands (no supplements are FDA approved but i think this brand is trustworthy) but i didnt notice that much of a difference in the strength or length of my nails which is why i bought them

Noticeably different hair and nails!
These vitamins have really helped my hair and nails! My hair looks shinier, and my nails are a growing and are stronger! Even my husband has noticed. They taste great too, with no bad aftertaste.

Good taste
I like vitamins, especially gummies. These gummies are tasty, easy to consume, and smell good. I take one or two every day or even more because I just like it. I don't really see any differences in my hair, skin, and nails, though. But I enjoyed the product.

vitamins are life.
although I just recently purchased these, I happen to get a great deal with a Bogo for them, and it has pretty confident expectations. They will deliver. They taste nice, and I found personally gummy vitamins, or easier for my stomach to deal with. And I will be glad to give an update in a couple weeks.

Hair skin and nails
I used these when my nails began to feel more brittle and seemed my hair wasn’t growing much. After I started these I did notice a difference after a week. My nails started to feel stronger and hair didn’t feel so brittle and dry. I think they definitely help my nails skin and hair to stay and be beautiful, strong and healthy!

I felt bloated taking these
These gummies are easy to take, they remind me of a fruit snack! I know when I had taken them I found myself to be bloated. I can say that they did strength my nails and my hair felt healthier. I would be up to try these again in the future, maybe my bloating was something else and just caused me to feel the way I did.

Holy hair
I didn't mind my nails growing faster or my hair either... And believe me, after taking them awhile you start to notice. I didn't like the hairs growing on my lip & chin( I'm a woman.) Even had to start using a nose hair trimmer! I stopped taking them because of this but assume it isn't the same for everyone. Taste & consistency are perfect but need a child proof cap because kids will think they are candy

Good vitamins for Nail skin and hair
My hair and nails grow little faster and my skin is not so dry and scaly. I noticed the difference because when i went on a long vacation out of country, i did not bring this vitamin and when i came back home, i noticed that my finger aila have lines and chipping at the end, i have more hair fall and my skin is so dry even i apply lotion. Now, i make it a point to bring this vitamin everytime i do on long trips and not to forget taking this.
