I would recommend Esure Nutrivigor Nutritional Supplement for people that do not eat a proper meal per day. It gives you the necessary supplements that you need to take in. It also gives you that extra weight that you struggle to put back on. It gives you energy and it tastes fantastic too.

Ever since going through menopause, I have been feeling totally washed out and run down. I had no appetite and my weight stayed at 48 kg for many years now. Every day was just a struggle to function. I started with the Ensure supplement about 7 weeks ago, taking it twice a day, between meals. My energy levels are up and I can do all the things that have been draining me previously. I also find that I am less irritable. Friends have noticed the difference and say my face is looking brighter and I have put on some much needed weight :D I have shared one month's supply of the Ensure supplement with my friend's 90 year old mother, who was in hospital due to loss of appetite and dehydration. It has helped her so much and I am happy to say, she was discharged last week, back to her feisty old self :D

Ensure is a great tasting supplement worth every cent. It provides enough nutrition to keep you going should you skip a meal and definately helps fussy eaters get the nutrition they need as well as helping to improve their appetite. Drfinately worth trying, and definately worth buying.

To be honest I was not a fan of the taste of this shake. I will however say that I did notice my energy levels were better during my workouts. I wouldnt buy the vanilla flavour but hopefully they bring a chocolate flavour to the range.
