The pasta bows after being cooked are to thick for my like... Although they taste good I honestly would buy penne, orzo,or orecchiette over the Farfelle pasta bows.

The pasta was smooth and soft. I would recommend cooking 1 or 2 minutes longer to soften but also based on recipe. Great overall but would be even better if it was thicker
