Healthy Gut
Love the new Bran Flakes with Barley. I feel less bloated, my digestive system feels so much better. Love the fact that they added the probiotic with the flakes. And I even have my bran flakes with fruit sometimes, just to add that something extra in the morning. Would love for my parents to start trying these bran flakes as well. Will definitely recommend it to them.

Bran flakes
This is the best cereal I have ever had I ma becoming an addict 😂 I eat it 2 or 3 times a day I love it and my digestive system has improved no more constipation its a must have in every household

Great combination of bran and barley!
I usually have all my cereal with warm milk because I like it soft. I was pleasantly surprised when the barley softened and puffed up, and there's two flavours to enjoy.

Life changer

Best Bran Flakes EVER
I have never really enjoyed Bran Flakes, however after trying the new Futurelife formulation of Bran Flakes + Barley - I am converted. I use them in smoothies and enjoy them with milk + a banana - absolutely delicious! Currently a firm favourite in our home!

Health choice for breakfast
I just recently bought the future life, Bran Flakes, they keep me regular and I got probiotic sachet instead of capsules however that still balances me well enough.

This is the best.
I love this product I haven't used a different brand of cereal as this works perfect for me it keeps my gut healthy and allows me to feel more at ease. I could recommend this to anyone else who has IBS fining the perfect cereal can be challenging, but by adding the probiotics with the cereal works wonders. Great product!

Next Level Breakfast
Recently purchased a box as it was on special, and after this I am never going back to the more popular brand of bran flakes. It has a natural sweetness and does not get super soggy nor taste as "dry" as other brands. Keeps me fuller for longer, and don't get that "ag, brand flakes for breakfast again" feeling.
