I did not enjoy the marinade as it has a very sour taste. You can smell the smoky flavor but the taste is almost metal like. Not enjoyable at all!

Royco marinade is tasty and tenderises the meat to make the meal more enjoyable. i can be used in so many ways, on the braai, in a stirfry even to thicken a stew.

Just not very good. Left meat in marinade for 2 hours and meat was flavorless when cooked. Seriously lacking seasoning.

I decided to try the Royco Marinade on my chicken and all I can say is WOW! the chicken was tasty and succulent. The Marinade did not burn the skin of the chicken, just made it delicious and chewy.

The flavour that I received, Sticky Sweet, goes with various kinds of meat - has a great taste and also makes the meat a little more tender when cooked on a braai .. shared the sample with family members and they all agreed that it's for sure something that they will buy in future
