My disabled brother had an operation and since then he needs a nappy/diaper. I bought several products which is not cheap at all. Then I tried this pants, as this was way cheaper than the others. He just loves the pants and dont want any of the other expensive products any more. He says the "baby underpants" is very comfortable. For me it is great if he is happy.
