Head & Shoulders Apple Fresh Shampoo

Head and Shoulders has always been a stable in my household even as a child. My brother had dandruff so the whole household was using it. Since then, I've used it on various occassions due to it being on sale/having some occassional dandruff periods. I've always enjoyed that I was pretty consistent and had a good formula. With the Apple Fresh however, it seems that the one I tested was a little bit more runny than the previous batches that I have bought. On top of that, the green has become more of an off pastel green than the typical granny smith green that I remember it to have (i could be remembering it wrong). Aside from this, it's still the same heads and shoulders which I think is a good thing. It's rare to have a consistent product these days without companies trying to drastically cut corners, save on costs and upending something that was good.

I loved this! Such a nice smelling anti dandruff shampoo. It lathered up nicely and made my hair feel great afterwards and flake free for now.

The new smell was refreshing and left my hair smelling amazing. Most dandruff shampoo leave an off smell behind but this one didn't.

It made my hair soft and smell lasted even after washing it out

It left my hair feeling quite soft and clean and also made my scalp feel refreshed. I did think it would have a stronger apple smell though and the lid of the bottle broke the first time I opened it.

Firstly, the smell is amazing and it makes your hair smell so refreshing so I am in love with that as my hair always holds onto strong scents of the environment. My hair can be a bit limp and greasy at times but this shampoo does not cause my hair to dry out or go too limp (which can happen with some of the anti-dandruf shampoos). The price point is pretty good since you are getting quite a lot of product. As it says it does help reduce the appearance and occurrence of dandruff. I would buy this again for myself. Overall I would give it an 8.5/10

Very happy with the product. Easy to use, significantly reduced the dandruff and leaves the hare nice and smooth.

We’ve always liked Head and Shoulders - but we really like the fresh new apple scent. Even better - I like the improved formula - no Phosphates, Parabens or Paraffins, and yet ot still lathers really well and my scalp feels fresh and clean afterwards. Lasts well and leaves our scalp and hair in great condition, very, very happy with Head and Shoulders Apple Scent :)

Excellent smelt nice with the apple fresh scent and combated the dandruff too hair left shinny silky and dandruff free

This shampoo smells so fresh and juicy! I was impressed with how clean it made my hair feel. It definitely cleared up my dandruff within a few washes too. Excellent!

It was ok…..works if I use it every day. Smell was nice

I loved the smell, something more akin to a body wash which was a nice surprise. Very thick so didn't dribble off my hand but stayed in my hair while I washed. Hair felt super clean and soft afterwards.

A bit about my hair - it’s quite fine and ‘flyaway/frizzy’ but also oily at the same time. I tend to get quite an itchy scalp in the more humid summer months (QLD’er) so timing of this test was perfect for me. It took a couple of days for me to notice any real difference. On my third daily use, I started to notice a difference in itchiness with my scalp. 6 days in now and there is a noticeable lessening of skin flaking and itchiness. It lathers up nicely and has a pleasant scent. I purchased the conditioner this afternoon so interested to see if that helps further as I’d still been using my regular conditioner with it until today. I’d definitely consider using this longer term, particularly through the summer months.
