Strong scent

It has a very strong scent which lingers even after the hair is dry. I also found the shampoo made my hair quite fuzzy and knotty in the shower

Review of Ogx Biotin & Collagen Shampoo

Found it to be no different from what I use normally. Slight perfume which is nice. Container easy to pick up. I have fine hair and it left my hair feeling soft and fluffy but that could be the conditioner. Not sure about the Ogx Biotin & Collagen - buzz words ? Continued to have healthy hair as before.

Not great

This shampoo smells lovely, however left my hair feeling a bit greasy and flat. I usually wash my hair every 3 or 4 days, but the day after washing it I needed to wash again as was really greasy. It’s a shame as my hair smelt beautiful.

Great product!

I have actually used this in the past and I really loved it. I would definitely keep using it if I didn't have more specific hair needs at the moment (treating hair loss). But it's a really great product!

Does what it says!

Very happy with the result that this shampoo has provided. The consistency of the shampoo is really good, it lathers well and has nice subtle smell. My fine hair is incredibly soft and has given me much more volume. I saw my mum the other day and asked her what she thought (without telling her about it) and she said it's very full and has more volume. Job done! Also I love the colour. Thankyou for the opportunity to try.

OGX, oh yes

I was so happy to receive the product in the mail. I used it that night and was impressed. I love the purple colour and lovely aroma. The shampoo was nice and thick and foamed up well leaving my hair nice and clean

SLS and paraben free

One of the main things I look for in a shampoo is that it is free from SLS and parabens. This supermarket shampoo is, which many other brands still do contain these ingredients. SLS is what makes the shampoo foamy and lather which makes you "think" your hair is clean when in fact it's stripping your hair of natural oils. I found OGX to be gentle on my hair, and I didn't need a lot of product, nor did I need to wash my hair as often. I just wish it were cheaper, as I can't really afford to be buying it at the moment!

Irritates my psoriasis

I love this brand, and used to love their volume shampoo. In the last six months however if I use this specific one up I get terrible psoriasis on my scalp within an hour. If I use the extra volume bottle I don’t get a reaction. I’ve no idea why and Frustratingly the two bottles are very similar and I’ve picked the wrong one on a number of occasions.

Tangled mess

I have very fine hair so I started looking for a shampoo that could help my hair appear thicker with more volume. After a little research and reading endless reviews I thought I would give this one a go. Unfortunately I ended up not liking it, the only volume I got from it was from the tangled, knotted up mess it left in my hair. Even after conditioning my hair just felt horrible. I did like the scent of the shampoo and it lathered up well but that wasn't enough for me to keep using it.

Smells Great

This ogx biotin shampoo smells great on your hair. I noticed that it does take some time of using before you can notice a difference. I also noticed I had to wash my hair more frequently with this shampoo.
