TRESemmé Silky Brunette Shampoo with Colour Complex

It's difficult to judge how much of a positive effect the shampoo has on my hair colour, but it definitely doesn't have a negative effect. I notice an improvement in the shine, and my hair feels thoroughly cleaned and not weighed down. The shampoo doesn't have a lot of foaming, which takes some getting used to if you're used to regular shampoos, but that doesn't affect how well it cleans your hair. The coconut scent is quite strong. It's not as pleasant as a light floral scent, but it's okay. The 500ml bottle is the ideal size. You don't need to use a lot of shampoo at once, so even though the price will be on the expensive side the bottle will last quite a long time. The pump bottle is useful and gives you plenty of control of the amount you want to use. Some added bonuses are that it's Made in Australia, and that the bottle is easily recyclable.

Requires 2 washes to get adequatecleanliness, limited sudsing. Good smell and texture

I received this product free from Home tester club in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. The packaging was the familiar Tresemme bottle, which made it easy to know which brand of hair product I was using when onto my 2nd and 3rd products. I liked the fragrance of the shampoo, it wasn't too overpowering and I felt it had that tinge of fragrance that made me feel like I was at the hair salon. I hadn't noticed much of a decrease in the vibrant colour recently added to my hair, this tells me it's locking the colour in my hair and not stripping it of too much nutrients, keeping my hair healthier. The tresemme shampoo lathered up nicely with a small amount used. It was easy to comb through wen I towel dried my hair. I would purchase this product again to use

The Tresemmé Silky Brunette Shampoo had a pleasant aroma, not too overpowering. I found that I had to use a bit more product to get the usual amount of lather that I like.

I think this product could be great for someone with dry hair. As for my hair it didnt take to well as I have oily hair and made it look unwashed

The shampoo didn't lather up as much as other shampoos. I did have to use a lot more and washed my hair twice

Sleek-looking bottle with easy to use pump. Really like how it gently cleanses my hair without drying it out. Though I did need to wash and rinse twice to properly remove hair products. Really nice scent - not too strong.

The smell was pleasant and no overpowering, which for some reason made it feel cleaner. My hair was silky and smooth after using it, which is fantastic because I have think hair that is hard to keep smooth. My only gripe is that the I didn't feel like it foamed up as well other shampoo which made it harder to put through my hair.

I have long, thick brunette hair and I really love this shampoo! It lathers really well and my hair felt extra clean after using it. It has a beautiful, fresh fragrance that I can’t get enough of. I will definitely repurchase.

I have always been skeptical of “supermarket brand” hair products after years of hairdressers telling me how bad they are for your hair. However upon trying the Tresemme Silky Brunette shampoo for two weeks, I am so impressed with the quality and results! It also smells lovely . It is not too drying, and my hair is not as tangled after shampooing as some shampoo products leave it. My hair is loving this shampoo. My Child even commented on how good it was to use this shampoo

Great smelling shampoo that does the job but I will not be rushing to buy again. I needed to use a lot of shampoo to get the shampoo to lather and even then my hair felt clean but felt very dry!

Tried this shampoo along with the other 2 steps including conditioner. I don't die my hair so I don't have to worry about colour fade. Hair clean and silky. I have only tried a couple of times in the last 2 weeks as I don't wash everyday, maybe 2 to 3 times a week and managed to keep this schedule with this shampoo. Not a huge difference to my other shampoo but will consider buying if the price is right.

This product doesn't lather well, leaves a greasy film on hair and seems after using my hair takes more than 12 hours to air dry, when usually it would only take a couple of hours.
