Good Hangover Help
I find these are best taken once you get home from a big night and first thing in the morning to help feel better. The taste isn't too overpowering like some hydrolytes, they are reasonable priced and easy to find in most supermarkets/chemists

Great after a big night
I have used these as they're a bit cheaper than the big name brands, and they work just as well, if not better. I've had them when I've been sick, and also after big nights out. There's a few different flavours but the orange is my favourite.

Solid option but not groundbreaking
I tried these because they were on special, but to be honest I’d rather but the hydolytes next time. The orange flavour tastes more like Metamucil than the berocca tablets and it doesn’t seem to mix as well as some other electrolyte options available.

Great
I purchased this product because I was having energy problems after my workout and since I started using it I feel more energetic. It gives me the boast I need. The flavour is good and it dissolves well.

These are ok
I try to keep a hydration solution on hand- whether it's for post exercise, after a night out or for when I'm feeling a bit dehydrated. The orange flavour is good. Not too artificial tasting. They dissolve easily enough- although I did have to give a big stir due to sediment in the bottom of the glass. The last few tablets were difficult to remove from the tube and crumbled quite easy. I will stick with my regular brand but would repurchase if these were on special.

Drink up drink up
I work in underground mines, very hot, very humid conditions. Water just isn't enough to replace the salts your body loses from sweat. This tastes great, easy to throw a tablet into a 600ml water bottle shake it up and enjoy. Definitely stops cramps for me and taste great. Highly recommend for strenuous work

Try it!
I opted for this product as my usual Hydralyte became too expensive. This had the same great taste with the same active ingredient and was suggested by the chemist. Definitely give it a go for a daily boost if you're regularly dehydrated. I also pop a Voost B+ in my water instead of Berocca which is also more expensive so it's a great alternative too.

One of the easiest hydration products I have used when cycling. Refreshing to the palate , assisting with replenishment of necessary electrolytes when cycling for 3 hours straight

It's okay
These are large tablets that dissolve in water. Not sure if they really work, and was a little over sweet. Ok, but nothing outstanding.

Great value and tastes great
I purchased this to give it a try, and I wasn’t disappointed. The flavour is pretty good, it has pretty much the same nutrients as other brands hydration/electrolyte Effervescent tablets. I also found that these were better value for money too!
