An accidental purchase

I once bought this by accident not reading vegan on the label and was pleasantly surprised how much I never noticed the difference so would definitely buy again.

Not my taste

I had to buy one due to my son s eggs allergy , but it taste sour and with some vinegar flavour which i don t like it at all ... if you like these flavours then it might be for you but not for me .

Game changer

This product has been a game changer in my family. My dad has an allergy to egg and has never been able to have mayonnaise and since this product came out, he has been able to enjoy coleslaw and the proper BLT and have like dipping sauces made. i’m not overly keen on mayonnaise usually, but this product actually worked really well for me would definitely buy again.

Tasty.

This tastes much creamier and richer than the original mayonnaise. Myself and my partner prefer this.

Looks same consistency of normal mayo smell different I didn’t like the taste it was very strange

Delicious vegan mayo

I was sent a free sample of this from Hellmanns Facebook Post. I wish there was more in the sample packet. This mayo was delicious I will definitely buy again. Smooth and creamy it was just as delicious as the non vegan alternative.

So much better than regular mayo!

Regular mayo makes me feel queezy. I don't know if it's all in my head or if I'm a bit sensitive to egg yolks (I certainly DO NOT like egg yolk!). I reluctantly tried this vegan mayo at the request of my mayo-loving other half who had been craving a homemade potato salad for... years and I'm so glad I did! Finally, I can enjoy mayo without risk of gastrointestinal protest! It's thick, rich and creamy.

Not like the real stuff

I love mayonnaise and only this make. Thought try be healthy but no this doesn't cut it for me I the need full fat mayo lol

Tasty alternative

As my son has an egg allergy, we can't have 'real' mayonnaise in the house. I have tried a few vegan options, but they all had an odd after taste. However, this one has the same taste and consistency as original Hellmans Mayo. I have checked a couple of times that it's not the same one! Highly recommended :)

Below par

Obviously for vegans, but must be a strong principled person to switch from normal mayo to vegan mayo, and squired taste to say the least, unless you enjoy the vegan lifestyle or are very disciplined in your eating habits it would be hard to fully switch to this mayo. Taste isn’t that great, found mine to be very grainy and a bitter aftertaste.

This tastes even better than original !

It tastes great and reminds me of the mayonnaise I used to eat as a kid, I just don't understand why there isn't a light version of this.

Perfect vegan alternative

This vegan mayo by Hellmanns tastes yummy, the flavour is exactly the same as the normal one but its perfect for veggies and vegans. I also really like how they have kept the price the same as the non-vegan mayo as most companies charge more for vegan products. 100% recommend

Really good alternative

This is a good vegan alternative to regular mayo - while I haven't done a side by side comparison I'm happy to say I haven't noticed a difference - I'm happy to mix with tuna/chicken or to make burger sauce using this product
