Good treatment
Pretty good treatment! Reminds me of more expensive treatments that you can get other places. I didn't notice any immediate major hair changes just from this treatment, but the entire system definitely made my hair nice.

This John Frieda blonde pre shampoo treatment is great! It is very moisturizing and feels like it is repairing my hair with each use. It also smells really good and sweet! This whole hair care system is great

Feels so soft
After using this product out of the three you need- I was like whoa this is gonna be great. This actual product step one is great makes your hair like satin soft. Fingers glide right through. Really like it

Soothing
After using the John Frieda pre shampoo treatment a few times, I noticed a visible difference in the texture of my hair. I have wavy hair that tends to dry out very quickly, no matter how many times I cut, it always looks dry and this has made, what I consider to be a huge difference in the look of my hair

Wonderful clean
This blonde bonding shampoo works wonders. It has a nice smell and leaves your hair feeling extremely soft and healthier. It doesn’t dry your hair out and left my hair feeling very clean and refreshed. After using it a couple of times it made my blonde brighter and beautiful.

Works well
I have highlighted blonde hair, so I’m always looking for a good hair regimen to keep my blonde looking fresh. I don’t always have time to use this full system, so I probably won’t use this treatment every time, but I felt like it made a difference when I did use it.

Super JF treatment

Nice touch
It says it’s not a conditioner but, I can’t help but to describe it as a sort of pre conditioner. Usually after a shampoo my hair feels really striped and dry and fragile to the touch. This left my hair feeling a bit hydrated.

Pre Shampoo Treatment
John Frieda Blond+ Repair System pre shampoo treatment was given to me for free in exchange for my honest review. The product is for strengthening and repairing the damaged hair using Bold Building Complex. I’ve used it as a 5 mins mask applied on damp hair before shampoo and conditioner 1-3x per week and my hair felt more manageable and stronger.

Never knew I needed this before
This is a great and quick product. This pre shampoo is a great way to break up the buildup and also protect your hair and keep its natural oils in tact. When used with the complete system I can tell a difference in the touch and feel of my hair.

Left my hair feeling soft and shiny, not greasy and also less warm and yellow and more cool toned. Love that this takes care of my blonde while keeping it from being too brassy, would recommend!
