I took one of these a day during lockdown for extra protection and it was great. They have a similar vitamin c that is not in a capsule and it works well too but definitely you can taste a sour chalk taste when swallowing with water. This one gave me no weird taste issues.

My mom attributes Vitamin C, and particularly Nature's Bounty to the fact that she very very rarely gets sick. It's a great supplement. Do be aware if you have iron overload that Vitamin C increases iron absorption. But on the flip, it's great for people with anemia, too!

I was and have been purchasing Natures Bounty supplements for a few years now. These Vitamin C supplements are good size, with no to little harshness on your stomach (when taking them on an empty stomach - don't recommend that) Not sure about the time released as they are capsule form and that means micro beading so its the thickness of the capsule, I never noticed a difference but Each persons amount and recommended are each in their own. I highly recommend this brand for anyone interested in taking supplements or just starting to or looking for a guaranteed product.
