I take it everyday!

This extended release format gives me confidence that I have a proper dose of Vitamin-C to boost my immune system throughout the day. Would've been more effective
It would've been more effective if I was more consistent with taking medicine. I tend to get discouraged each time I learn of a new health condition I have. But I would recommend these to anyone who is a little more disciplined than me. I will be trying it again!

Vitamin c is a must
I work in a hospital cafe so I am definitely in need of vitamin c every day to fight off germs. Especially right now during cold and flu season. I take this vitamin c every morning before going to work and I rarely get get sick.
