I guess I am one of the few, who it had the opposite effect on, it actually made me feel sleepy....no idea why...maybe it just gave me an extremely calming effect, which is also good.

Slow-mag Fizzies are easy to take, and I love the taste of it. I have been struggling with fatique and also not sleeping well at night. After taking the Fizzies, I really had more energy during the day, I focused more on my work and had more energy for my kids. I slept better at night aswell. I will continue to take these Slow-Mag Fizzies as I can see a difference in myself since using the product.

I've been struggling with painful muscle cramps for some time now. I started doing research and slow-mag kept coming up as an option, but I was convinced that it was only meant for athletes, but was I wrong. Slow-Mag has made a huge difference to my day to day life. With 2 kids and being constantly tired the energy provided by taking slow-mag really helped. I got a stable amount of energy that lasted throughout the day. The energy levels were not spiked and did not suddenly drop. That for me is important as in need sustained energy to combat my studies and stay focused and to keep active all day.
