I've been using the Slow-Mag for a few days now and I'm feeling much lighter as I don't feel as tired anymore. It really does lift my energy levels much better in comparison to coffee. If I exercise or even when I had a busy day at the shops then the Slow-Mag helps with preventing me from cramping up afterward. I also sleep much better now.
