Healthy and light
Afia corn oil is heart healthy oil.it is light .even diabetic patients can use this oil freely. I always use afia corn oil for my daily cooking . Best in gulf .highly recommended.

Justttt love this one
Its a bit expensive but the are on promotions on and off so mostly i buy them at that time. Its great plus it’s popular also and i think the most consumed one also.honestly just finished this one.
